Interim Management

  • Concept

    • To whom will the interim manager will be accountable to?
    • The interim manager must ensure a good quality of the assignment. The interim manager is accountable to the client for whether or not the targets are achieved. At Consultdustry we use Plan of Action as the basis for interim progress reports with a clearly defined measurable intermediary and final goals. The client is responsible for making the resources available.
In an interim process, the client always has and retain all power on the decision-making, the interim manager must prepare that. To guarantee quality, prevent conflicts and disruptions and to keep decision-making transparent, we as an interim management agency, provide supervision (principle/progress management) to interim management assignments.
