The organisation is, slightly (optimise, improve) or complete to be transformed from the existing to a (partly) new organisation under the guidance of the interim manager. This can concern both the organisational structure (organisation and processes) as such, and the strategic positioning of the organisation, often followed by cultural change, staff development and rearranging resources.
